All items purchased from wholesale4kids can enjoy free cancellation policy before shipment. After you place the order, our order officially takes effect, free returns are not available. If your situation is special in any way, please communicate with us.

How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective. We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Second: please take the picture of the item is defective, send pic to e-mail: lasale01@foxmail.com
Pls remark the order number and item number on e-mail., so that we could feedback to our QC Director, after check and agree, we will add new one to your next order for free or Or subtract the amount of the defective item from your next order.
